1 · Burn-Out in Singapore
On the outside, life looked great. I was leading a high-growth team at a start-up in Singapore, growing fast and ticking all the right boxes. But inside, I was running on fumes. The stress was constant, and it finally caught up with me badly when it started affecting my second pregnancy.
That moment became a turning point. My manager introduced me to something simple but profound: your thoughts create, your intentions guide, and gratitude speeds things up. That was enough to make me pause before my body forced me to.
2 · The 20-Minute Experiment
I resigned to protect my health and sanity. What followed was deep exploration: manifestation retreats, neuroscience podcasts, and wisdom from coaches in India and Scotland. I began tuning into my thoughts, my energy, and my emotions.
And life started shifting.
Not because I worked harder but because I aligned better. I felt my nervous system soften. My mindset opened. The results I used to chase started showing up. I shaped all of this into a 20-minute ritual, and day after day, I saw my energy stabilize and my mind clear.
